100 Monitor Street is a five-story mixed-use development in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey. Located in Jersey City’s Lafayette neighborhood, the development enjoys access to adjacent Liberty State Park and Liberty Science Center.
The building’s expansive 21,000 square foot amenity deck features an outdoor pool, sundeck, circular shade structure, outdoor kitchens, fire pit, and extensive plantings.
